By downloading, accessing, or using this application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of the Service
The App allows users to create custom bingo cards and play bingo games. Bingo cards are generated based on user-provided input or pre-existing themes.
The App is available in free and paid versions (“Premium”). Premium may provide additional functionality and remove ads. Features, limits, and availability of Premium or free content may change at any time.
We do not guarantee that generated bingo cards will be unique, accurate, appropriate for any particular purpose, or free from repetition or errors.
2. User-Generated Content
All content entered into the App is provided by users (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for the content you submit and any bingo cards generated from it.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to submit your content.
- Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
- Your content complies with these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property and Commercial Use
You retain ownership of the User Content you create in the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that other users may have the ability to view, use, or adapt themes, bingo cards, or other content you submit if the App provides such functionality. While we provide the App as a tool to create and play bingo, all content is the responsibility of its creators.
You may not commercially distribute, sell, or license content that originates from the App or other users without our explicit permission. This restriction applies regardless of whether the content is based on your original work or adapted from existing templates within the App.
The App, including its design, software, branding, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. By submitting content through the App, including through Premium features, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, process, and display such content solely to operate and improve the App.
4. Prohibited Content and Use
You agree not to use the App to create, submit, or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or hateful
- Promotes discrimination, violence, or illegal activity
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
- Is intended to harass, deceive, or harm others
- Attempts to exploit, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access at our sole discretion.
5. Payments and Premium Access
Some features of the App may be available via a one-time Premium purchase.
- Premium is optional. Features and limits may change at any time.
- Payments are processed through the app store or platform used to purchase Premium.
- Refunds or cancellations are not provided, except as required by applicable law.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may display ads served by third-party providers, including Google AdMob.
The App is built using third-party platforms, including Bolt.
We do not guarantee, endorse, or take responsibility for any services, features, or content provided by these third parties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the App, including loss of data or enjoyment.
- For free users, total liability is limited to $0.
- For paid users, total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for Premium, if any.
9. Moderation, Suspension, and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the App or other users.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information. Please review it carefully.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Applicable Regulations
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Other laws, including applicable EU regulations, may also apply depending on your location.
